Questions, answered.

Is Tracom free?
Yes. Tracom is free to download and the free plan covers the journal, the risk calculator, the daily routine with streaks and XP, the Daily Brief, core stats and the public signal track record. Premium is an optional upgrade that unlocks today's live signal levels, advanced analytics and your full AI coaching report.
Which markets can I journal?
Any market you trade: forex, indices, commodities, crypto and stocks. The risk calculator works out position size for any instrument once you set the pip or point size, the contract size and your account currency. Daily signals cover forex majors and crosses.
Are the signals financial advice?
No. Signals are generated by automated technical analysis and published as research to support your own decisions. Each one comes with an entry, a stop loss, up to three targets, a tier (A+, A or B) and a confidence score. Always manage your own risk.
How is the signal track record measured?
Every published signal is followed until it hits a target, hits its stop or expires, and the result is published in the app. The win rate counts signals that hit a target against those that were stopped out; expired signals are shown separately. Past performance is not a guide to future results.
What is the daily routine?
Each day Tracom suggests a few small tasks, such as logging a trade, reflecting on one, reading the Daily Brief or sizing your risk. Completing them earns XP, keeps your streak alive and moves you up ranks from Novice to Master.
How does the MT4 / MT5 sync work?
Create an access token in Tracom, then add the free Expert Advisor to MetaTrader. From then on every trade you place is imported into your journal automatically, with entry, exit, profit and status updates.
Is my trading data private?
Your journal is private unless you choose to share it. Data travels over encrypted connections, it is never sold, and you can export your trades or delete your account whenever you like.
Can I earn money on Tracom?
If you build a following, you can charge a monthly subscription for access to your journal and trade ideas. Payments are handled by Stripe and Tracom keeps a 15% platform fee. Earnings are never guaranteed, and you are responsible for following the financial rules where you live.
