Is Tracom really free? What's the catch? +
No catch. Core features — trade journaling, risk calculators, analytics, economic calendar and AI signal previews — are free forever. There's an optional premium upgrade for traders who want full AI signal access, advanced analytics and more, but the free tier is genuinely useful on its own.
Which markets does it support? +
Forex, crypto, stocks, indices, commodities and anything else you trade. The risk calculator works for any market — you set the pip or point size, lot denomination and account currency.
Are the AI signals actual trade recommendations? +
The signals are AI-generated market analysis with suggested entry zones, SL/TP levels and bias direction. They're designed as research and ideas to support your own analysis — not financial advice or guaranteed results. Always manage your own risk.
How does the MT4/MT5 integration work? +
You generate an API token inside Tracom, then install our free Expert Advisor (EA) on your MetaTrader platform. Once set up, every trade you take is automatically imported into your Tracom journal — entry, exit, P/L and status updates included.
Is my trading data private and secure? +
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can set journals to private (only you see them) or public. You can export your data at any time and request full account deletion. We never sell your data to third parties.
Can I earn money on Tracom? +
Yes. If you build a track record and have followers, you can charge a monthly subscription fee for access to your journal and trade ideas. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and transferred directly to your bank account. Tracom takes a 15% platform fee.
