These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tracom Trading Journal mobile application and related AI-powered tools and services ("App") operated by Tobistech Ltd (Company No. 16037879). Tracom includes features such as trade journaling, risk management tools, analytics, and optional AI-generated market commentary, trade ideas, and signals. By downloading, installing, or using Tracom, you agree to these Terms along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Tracom. Trading and financial services are restricted to adults only.
Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws.
Use of AI Features: Where the App provides AI-generated insights, summaries, market commentary or trade ideas, you understand that these are automated outputs for information and education only and are not tailored to your personal circumstances.
Acceptance: By creating an account, accessing the App, or using any feature (including AI-generated content), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Usage Rules
Account Creation
- One account per person only
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity on your account
Account Security
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
- Never share your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Responsibility for AI & Shared Content
- You remain fully responsible for how you use any AI-generated outputs (for example, signals, trade ideas, or market summaries).
- If you share AI-generated content with others inside or outside the App, you must make it clear that it is not personalised financial advice and that results are not guaranteed.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You MAY use Tracom to:
- Log and track your personal trades
- Calculate position sizes and manage risk
- Analyze your trading performance over time
- Access AI-generated trade ideas, market commentary, and summaries for education
- Share trading journals (if you choose)
- Learn from other traders' public content
- Monetize your trading insights (subject to approval and local laws)
Best Practice: Use Tracom as a tool for learning and improvement. Treat AI features as support for your own analysis, not a replacement for independent judgment. Track honestly, review your decisions, and respect other users' content and privacy.
4. Prohibited Activities
You MUST NOT:
Financial Misconduct
- • Provide financial advice without the required licence or authorisation
- • Present AI-generated content as guaranteed profits or personalised recommendations
- • Share false or misleading trades or performance results
- • Manipulate or pump markets
- • Share insider information or other non-public material information
Platform Abuse
- • Create fake or multiple accounts
- • Impersonate other traders or entities
- • Spam, bully, or harass users
- • Scrape, copy, or resell user data or AI outputs without permission
Technical Violations
- • Reverse engineer the App or attempt to access source code
- • Use automated bots, scripts, or unauthorised integrations
- • Bypass or tamper with security or usage limits
- • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Illegal Activities
- • Money laundering
- • Tax evasion schemes
- • Violations of securities, derivatives, or gambling laws
- • Any other unlawful conduct in any jurisdiction where you use the App
⚠️ Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may also lead to reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where required.
5. Content Guidelines
Your Trading Content
- You own all content you create (trades, notes, analysis)
- Be honest and accurate in your trade logs and performance summaries
- Don't share sensitive personal data, account numbers, or API keys
- Where you share trade ideas or strategies (including those based on AI outputs), clearly include risk warnings and avoid promising specific returns.
AI-Generated Content
- AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, especially when based on third-party market data or news.
- You should review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.
- You remain responsible for any content you publish, even if it originates from AI suggestions.
Sharing & Privacy
- Journals are private by default – only you see your trades
- You control what to share publicly or with subscribers
- Respect others' intellectual property and privacy
- Credit external sources and strategies where appropriate
Remember: Once shared publicly, content may be viewed, copied, and reused by others. Never share credentials, account access, or sensitive personal information. Treat AI outputs as draft material that must be checked before use.
6. Important Trading Disclaimer
⚠️ RISK WARNING
- No Financial Advice: Tracom does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing in the App (including AI-generated outputs) should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.
- Educational Only: All content (including signals, trade ideas, market reviews, economic summaries, and analytics) is for informational and educational purposes.
- Trading Risks: Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital.
- Past Performance: Historical results, backtests, and example trades do not guarantee future profits or outcomes.
- AI & Third-Party Data: AI features rely on algorithms and third-party data (for example, market feeds, news, and economic calendars). Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
- User Content: Other users' strategies and opinions are their own and are not endorsed by Tracom.
- Your Responsibility: You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for verifying any information before acting on it.
Always consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives, and consult a qualified, regulated financial professional before making investment decisions.
7. Premium Subscriptions & Monetization
📱 Tracom Premium (Ad-Free Experience)
Upgrade to Tracom Premium to remove advertisements and unlock advanced tools:
- Free Version: Core journaling, risk tools, basic analytics, and ads
- Premium Monthly: £9.99/month – ad-free experience
- Premium Annual: £95.90/year – discounted annual billing
- Premium Features: Ad-free usage, priority support, more detailed analytics and reports, extended data history and exports, and enhanced access to AI-driven insights where available.
Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play settings.
💰 Creator Subscriptions
Where enabled, you may monetise your trading insights by offering subscription content:
- Set your own subscription prices (within the app’s permitted range)
- Receive a share of revenue after platform and payment processing fees
- Maintain clear, honest, and regularly updated content
- Do not promise profits or specific returns to subscribers
- Clearly identify content as educational, even if supported by AI tools
- You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings
📚 For All Subscribers
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once processed, unless required by local law
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period
- Creator content (including AI-assisted strategies) is for education only and is not a guarantee of results
- Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid or subscription content
- Prices may vary by region due to taxes and store pricing rules
Payment Processing: App subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play (which may retain their own service fee). Creator subscriptions are processed via Stripe or similar payment processors and are subject to platform and processing fees as shown in-app.
8. Advertising & Data Collection
Google AdMob Advertising
The free version of Tracom displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob:
- Ads help keep the app free for all users
- Banner ads appear at the bottom of screens
- Interstitial ads may appear between activities
- Rewarded ads may offer optional in-app benefits
- Upgrade to Premium to remove all ads
Advertising Data Collection
Google AdMob collects certain data to provide and measure relevant ads:
- Device Information: Device ID, OS version, app version
- Ad Interaction: Which ads you view or tap
- General Location: Country and city (not precise GPS location)
- Interests: Inferred from app and ad usage patterns
Your Ad Preferences
- Personalised ads can be limited in your device or Google account settings
- You can reset your advertising ID at any time
- A Premium subscription removes ads entirely within the App
- We aim to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations for ad serving
Privacy Note: Advertising services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your individual trading data to advertisers. Ads are based on general app usage, not on specific trades or positions. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Data Usage & Privacy
Your Data: You own your trading data. We do not sell your personal identifying information to third parties.
Data Storage: Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers (for example, in AWS data centres located in the United States).
AI Processing: To provide AI-powered features, some data (such as prompts, trade summaries, or aggregated statistics) may be sent securely to third-party AI providers. We take steps to minimise the data shared and use it only for generating the requested outputs.
Data Portability: You can export your data at any time via CSV or PDF formats provided in the App.
Account Deletion: You can request account deletion at any time. We will remove or anonymise your data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), unless we are required to keep certain records for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.

10. Intellectual Property
Tracom Property: The App, its design, features, AI models selected by us, branding, and underlying software are owned by Tobistech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your trading journals and content. By sharing content publicly or with subscribers, you grant us a licence to host, store, and display it within the App and related services.
Restrictions: You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App, nor use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
11. Account Termination
By You: You can close your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, abuse AI or monetisation features, or harm other users or the platform.
Effect: Upon termination, you lose access to the App and your content. In cases of termination for cause (for example, fraud or serious breach), any pending payouts may be cancelled where permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
- We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on journal entries, analytics, AI outputs, or user-generated content
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data
- We are not responsible for content posted or shared by other users
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the App is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect where required by law. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. You can always check the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Resolution: We aim to resolve issues informally first. If you have a concern, please contact support@tobistech.co.uk.
Jurisdiction: UK users may be able to bring claims in their local courts. International users may be required to use arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanisms, as described further in our Terms and Conditions.
